Who: Swimmers with little to no swimming experience.

Curriculum:  Swimmers will learn basic water safety and proper swimming mechanics and movement in the pool.

As swimmers progress through Foundations, they will go from learning about the water all the way to learning how to swim freestyle and backstroke with the proper technique.

Who: Swimmers who possess basic water safety skills and can swim the length of a 25 yard pool, in the deep water, without fear, and take instruction independently.

Curriculum: We use a progressive curriculum to develop basic swimming skills for freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly.

Who: Swimmers who have mastered the Fundamentals 1 skills.

Curriculum: We use a progressive curriculum to develop advanced swimming skills and to promote development of competitive swimmers.

Who: Swimmers who have mastered the Fundamentals 2 skills.

Curriculum: A continuation of Fundamentals 2 skills with the addition of increased yardage, clock reading, and learning to swim 100 yard events. The swimmers in this group will exit this group ready to join our year-round competitive swim team.

Competitive Year-Round Swim Team

Gold


5 Days a Week /
1 Hour 15 Minutes

Ages 5-12

Who: Swimmers who can swim 50 yards of all four strokes legally, demonstrate legal turns, and start from a starting block.

Curriculum: The goal of this group is to continue to develop proper swimming mechanics and techniques and the introduction of racing strategies while striving to achieve B/BB times.

Tags Prep


5 Days a Week /
1 Hour 30 Minutes

Ages 9-13

Who: Swimmers who strive to achieve B/BB/A times by the end of each session.

Curriculum: Practice will focus on increasing the swimmer’s fitness level and giving each athlete the confidence to complete sets as the duration and intensity increases.

Senior Team


6 Days a Week /
1.5-2 Hours

Ages 13+, Entering or in High School

Who: Swimmers wishing to develop the necessary skills to be a successful club and/or high school swimmer.

Curriculum:  Practices will emphasize correct techniques, especially as the swimmer fatigues, and teaches swimmers to compete at a high technical level.

TAGS


6 Days a Week /

Ages 9-12

Who: Swimmers striving to achieve TAGS times. This group will be expected to adhere to practice and meet attendance requirements.

National Prep


6 Days a Week / 2.25 Hours

Ages 13+

Who: Swimmers who are TAGS qualifiers or have A times in multiple strokes

Curriculum: The goal of this group is to become a TAGS finalist and achieve Sectionals cuts. This group will be expected to adhere to practice and meet attendance requirements.

National Team


6 Days a Week /
2.5 Hours

Ages 13+

Who: Swimmers with a goal of becoming a nationally-ranked swimmer and those considering competing in college.

Curriculum: This group will be expected to adhere to practice and meet attendance requirements.

Masters Swimming / Adult Fitness

Pre-Masters / Beginner Adult Swimming
 

2 Days a Week /
45 Minutes

Ages 18-105

Dues: $45/Month

Who: Adult Swimmers in need of basic stroke work or endurance building.  Perfect for those new to swimming as a sport.

Curriculum: Swimmers will work on the four basic strokes, how to read a time clock, how to circle swim and endurance building. 

Pre-Masters is the perfect preparation for joining our year round Masters program!

Masters / Adult Fitness Swimming


Workouts Available 6 Days a Week for 1 Hour

Ages 18-105

Dues: $60/Month

Who: Adult Swimmers of all ages and levels of swimming can join our Masters Program.  

Curriculum: Attend as many of our coached workouts as you wish.  Coaches create different levels of workout, depending on your abilities.  Whether training for competition, or learning to swim - we can help you reach your goals.
