This program introduces new swimmers, ages 3-8, to basic swimming skills including water safety, floating on back, flutter and dolphin kicking, and swimming competitive freestyle. Classes are held for 30 minutes twice a week.
Foundations is designed to increase a child's comfort in the water and is the perfect starting point for new or hesitant swimmers.
Summer High School Skills & Speed
COPS' High School Skills & Speed program is a summer training group for high school swimmers who are not members of an USA Swimming team.
Swimmers will train in stroke and racing technique in order to improve their overall cardiovascular capacities. Whether you want to try out for your high school team or stay in shape over the summer, Skills & Speed aims to better your strokes, improve your speed, and help you reach your swimming goals.
MASTERS / ADULT FITNESS SWIMMING
Our Masters swim program welcomes adults (18 & up) of all swimming levels.
Whether you are training for an athletic event or just learning to swim, Masters offers you the chance to swim with a professional coach who will plan your workouts and help with your technique.
Masters is a great way to get in shape and make friends.
