Fundamentals goes beyond teaching basic swimming. We teach COMPETITIVE SWIMMING.

Summer High School Skills & Speed
COPS' High School Skills & Speed program is a summer training group for high school swimmers who are not members of a USA Swimming team.
Swimmers will train in stroke and racing technique in order to improve their overall cardiovascular capacities. Whether you want to try out for your high school team or stay in shape over the summer, Skills & Speed aims to better your strokes, improve your speed, and help you reach your swimming goals.

Our Masters swim program welcomes adults (18 & up) of all swimming levels.
